Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ColorFlowTools handles your information. In short: the tools run in your browser, and we avoid collecting personal data. The site operator should review and adapt this policy to their jurisdiction before launch.

Browser-based processing

Color conversions, palette generation, and all image processing happen locally in your browser. Colors you enter and images you open are not transmitted to our servers.

Images

Images used with our image tools are processed locally using your browser’s Canvas API. Your image is not uploaded to our servers, original files are never stored in your browser’s local storage, and we do not read or transmit EXIF metadata.

Palette storage

Palettes and recent colors you save are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data will remove them. You can export a JSON backup at any time.

Advertising and cookies

When enabled, this site may display ads from Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve and measure ads. See our Cookie Policy for details. Ads are disabled by default until the operator configures them.

Analytics

When analytics is configured, we may collect anonymous, aggregate usage data such as which tools are used. We never send color values, image data, filenames, or personal information to analytics.

External services

Advertising and analytics providers are third parties with their own privacy policies. We link to those services only when the corresponding features are enabled.

Deleting your data

Because data stays on your device, you can delete it by clearing your browser’s site data or using the “clear all” option on the My Palettes page.
